- Re-entry is not allowed; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter.
- Tickets do not arrive at your home address and there is no good data reception or WiFi in the Zamna Tulum jungle. Download your tickets in advance and bring them in digital format to present the QR from your cell phone at the entrance area.
- Do not share screenshots or photos of your order, ticket or QR on any platform.
- Access begins at 10pm and ends at 3am. It is recommended to arrive early.
- Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event being held.
- There are no cashless balance or wallet refunds.
- Resale is not allowed
- In case of fraud, only the first entry submitted will be considered valid.
- To check DJ schedules, maps, event dates and any other announcements, stay tuned to Zamna's official social media.
- No food, beverages, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), nitrous oxide, professional filming equipment, pets, megaphones or horns, glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, kites or extendable flagpoles, aerosols, selfie sticks, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.
- If you have a problem with your purchase or require personalized attention on the day of the event, look for our customer service tent in Zamna, from 10pm to 3am.
- The event is carried out under all the sanitary regulations of the country
