IMPORTANT: Exchanges are individual. 1 exchange gives access to 1 person, if you want 3 people to enter you must add 3 tickets to your order.
Prior to your redeem, please read all the information described below the ticket.
- No refunds are allowed
- Access is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and may sell out weeks prior to the event. It is very important to make your redemption correctly and in advance because, by doing so, the order is pending approval or cancellation and validation can take from 24 to 72 hours. Once reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email or you can check the status in your account.
- Do not forget to read the redemption instructions and write in the rectangle correctly your reference when you make the request. You can write only the letters, numbers are not necessary.
- While in validation, your request will appear in your orders as 'Awaiting payment by check', this is only while it is being verified.
- Your account will show the order for the redemption at a value of 0.01 cents, but you do not need to make an additional payment.
- Re-entry is not allowed; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter.
- Tickets do not arrive at your home address, download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally to present the QR from your phone.
- Access starts at 10pm and ends at 3am. It is recommended to arrive in advance
- 1 exchange gives access to 1 person, if you want 3 people to enter you must add to your order 3 tickets to access showing the 3 QR's.
- Access to the festival is with the QR of each individual ticket exchange, NOT with the Multipass. Redeem in advance
- Redemptions are not accepted with a Multipass that is not valid for this season.
- Admission is not allowed with the Multipass, it must be redeemed in advance on our website to receive the 3 individual exchanges for the desired event(s).
- Verify in advance that your exchanges were made correctly, as access will not be allowed with an unredeemed Multipass
- Exchanges are subject to availability and may sell out.
- In case of not having exchanged for an event that is announced as 'SOLD OUT', access will be denied if the Multipass was not exchanged in advance for the indicated event
- Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event held.
- The validity of the Multipass ends once the January 2025 season is over.
- Resale is not permitted
- In case of forgery, only the first entry presented will be considered valid.
- To check DJ schedules, event availability and any other announcements, stay tuned to Zamna Festival's social media channels.
- Access is prohibited with food, beverages, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), nitrous oxide, professional filming equipment, pets, megaphones or horns, glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, kites or extendable flagpoles, aerosols, selfie sticks, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
