ZAMNA FULL PASS TICKET 2024/2025 WINTER SEASON

Please read all the information described in this ticket as we are not responsible for misuse of this ticket or denial of access.

IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A VALID TICKET TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL, IT MUST BE REDEEMED IN ADVANCE ON OUR WEBSITE TO OBTAIN THE 12 INDIVIDUAL EVENT TICKETS WITH QR CODE THAT WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS. IN ADDITION, THIS FULL PASS INCLUDES ALL ZAMNA ON THE BEACH EVENTS IN TULUM BEACH. THIS FULL PASS EXPIRES ON FEBRUARY 2, 2025.

• You can choose any of the 12 parties at Zamna Tulum to get 12 tickets for you, for 12 people or as you wish to combine them.

• Includes all Zamna On The Beach events that take place on the beach in Tulum, access is valid via email confirmation.

• It also includes an official Zamna t-shirt + Preferential access.

  • Redemption options can be found in the 'Multi-pass' section and, if in doubt, you can follow the instructions HERE.
  • Redemptions are subject to availability and may sell out. We recommend making them in advance or at least 72 hours before each event to avoid inconveniences. Once the exchange has been made, the order will be pending review for 24 to 72 hours, after which you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Access to the festival is with the QR of each individual festival redemption, not with the Full Pass. Redeem in advance.

NOTE: The purchase of this FULL PASS does not grant any priority or guarantee access to the events, once the party(s) of your preference is announced, it must be redeemed to receive the 12 tickets with QR of the event. If this pass is not redeemed on our website, for individual redemptions for each event, the access will not be valid. Please review the redemption instructions carefully and do as instructed.

This product is only valid for general admission redemptions, not for VIP access. Be sure to exchange it correctly.

THE VALIDITY OF THIS TICKET ENDS ON FEBRUARY 2ND, 2025 AND EVEN IF IT IS NOT USED IN ALL PARTIES, NO PARTIAL OR FULL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED,

  • The purchase of this multipass does not grant any priority, nor does it guarantee access to the events. Once the official date(s) of the party(s) is/are announced, you must redeem to receive the 3 tickets with QR code to have access to the party(s).
  • Access is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age.
  • Re-entry is not allowed; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter.
  • Tickets do not arrive at your home address, download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally to present the QR from your phone.
  • Access starts at 10pm and ends at 3am. It is recommended to arrive in advance
  • Admission is not allowed with the Multipass, it must be redeemed in advance on our website to receive the 3 individual exchanges for the desired event(s).
  • Verify in advance that your exchanges were made correctly, as access will not be allowed with an unredeemed Multipass
  • 1 exchange gives access to 1 person, if you want 3 people to enter you must add to your order 3 tickets to access showing the 3 QR's.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability and may sell out.
  • In case of not having exchanged for an event that is announced as 'SOLD OUT', access will be denied if the Multipass was not exchanged in advance for the indicated event
  • Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event held.
  • The validity of the Multipass ends once the January 2025 season is over.
  • Resale is not permitted
  • In case of forgery, only the first entry presented will be considered valid.

  • Access is prohibited with food, beverages, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), nitrous oxide, professional filming equipment, pets, megaphones or horns, glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, kites or extendable flagpoles, aerosols, selfie sticks, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
