MULTI-PASS VIP - 2° Release
Please read all the information described in this ticket and the redemption instructions to use it correctly, as we are not responsible for the misuse of this ticket or the denial of access.
* This Multipass must be exchanged IN ADVANCE on our website for 3 VIP tickets to choose from the Zamna EASTER SEASON 2024, ZAMNA WINTER SEASON 2025 or a party in between. You can choose 3 different parties or 3 personal passes for the same party.
IMPORTANT: THIS IS NOT A VALID TICKET TO ENTER THE FESTIVAL, IT MUST BE REDEEMED IN ADVANCE ON OUR WEBSITE TO OBTAIN THE 3 INDIVIDUAL TICKETS WITH QR CODE OF THE SELECTED PARTY THAT WILL ALLOW YOU ACCESS.

Exchanges are subject to availability and may be sold out weeks prior to the event. We recommend making them in advance to avoid inconveniences. Once the exchange has been made, the order is pending review and approval for 24 to 72 hours, after which you will receive a confirmation email.

NOTE: The purchase of the multipass does not grant priority or guarantee for the acquisition of tickets to the parties, nor is it in itself a ticket to access. It is essential that it is redeemed once the official date(s) of the party(s) are announced in order to receive the 3 tickets with QR code and validate admission.
This product is only valid for VIP ticket exchanges. Be sure to exchange it correctly.
Access to the festival is with the QR of each individual party exchange, not with the Multipass. Redeem in advance
Once redeemed, the VIP ticket includes the following services:
- Preferential Entrance
- Separate restrooms
- Lounge area with bottle service available
Not included:
- Access to Backstage or table area
THE VALIDITY OF THIS MULTIPASS ENDS IN JANUARY 2025 AND EVEN IF YOU ONLY USE 1 OR 2 REDEMPTIONS, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
- No refunds are allowed
- The purchase of this multipass does not grant any priority, nor does it guarantee access to the events. Once the official date(s) of the party(s) is/are announced, you must redeem to receive the 3 tickets with QR code to have access to the party(s).
- Access is forbidden to persons under 18 years of age.
- Re-entry is not allowed; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter.
- Tickets do not arrive at your home address, download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally to present the QR from your phone.
- Access starts at 10pm and ends at 3am. It is recommended to arrive in advance
- Admission is not allowed with the Multipass, it must be redeemed in advance on our website to receive the 3 individual exchanges for the desired event(s).
- Verify in advance that your exchanges were made correctly, as access will not be allowed with an unredeemed Multipass
- 1 exchange gives access to 1 person, if you want 3 people to enter you must add to your order 3 tickets to access showing the 3 QR's.
- Exchanges are subject to availability and may sell out.
- In case of not having exchanged for an event that is announced as 'SOLD OUT', access will be denied if the Multipass was not exchanged in advance for the indicated event
- Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event held.
- The validity of the Multipass ends once the January 2025 season is over.
- Resale is not permitted
- In case of forgery, only the first entry presented will be considered valid.
- To check DJ schedules, event availability and any other announcements, stay tuned to Zamna Festival's social media channels.
- Access is prohibited with food, beverages, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), nitrous oxide, professional filming equipment, pets, megaphones or horns, glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, kites or extendable flagpoles, aerosols, selfie sticks, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
