Please read carefully all information and redemption instructions to use this ticket correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect use or denial of access. 

IMPORTANT: This Multipass is NOT a valid ticket for entry. It must be previously redeemed on our website for 3 individual tickets for the events you choose.

  • This purchase reference allows you to choose three different parties or passes for three people at ZAMNA WINTER SEASON 2025/26 parties. 
  • Redemptions must be made in advance in the Multi-pass section.  
  • Redemptions are subject to availability and may sell out weeks prior to the event. 
  • Once the redemption is made, the reference is validated within 24 to 72 hours and after approval you will receive a confirmation email with your admission tickets. 
  • This purchase does not grant priority or guarantee ticket availability. 
  • Valid only for VIP ticket redemption. 

Expiration date: January 2026. 

Once redeemed, the VIP ticket includes the following services: 
- Preferential Entrance 
- Separate restrooms 
- Lounge area with bottle service available

Does not include:  
- Backstage or table area access.

Unused redemptions are non-refundable.
Redeem early to ensure event availability and access.

  • MR NICE VIP and FULLPASS TICKET are the official Zamna Tulum ticketing companies. Beware of resale sites and online scams. 
  • According to our Terms and Conditions, no cancellations or refunds are issued.
  • The purchase of this multipass does not grant any priority, nor does it guarantee access to the events. Once the official date(s) of the party(s) is/are announced, you will need to redeem to receive the 3 tickets with QR code to gain access to the party(s).
  • Access is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age.
  • Re-entry is not permitted; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter.
  • The tickets do not arrive at your home, download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally to present the QR from your cell phone. Consider that Zamna is in the jungle and your signal may fail, bring your ticket ready. 
  • Access starts at 10pm and ends at 3am. It is recommended to arrive early.
  • Admission is not allowed with the Multipass, it must be previously redeemed on our website to receive the 3 individual tickets for the party of your choice.
  • Verify in advance that your redemptions were made correctly, as access will not be allowed with an unredeemed Multipass.
  • 1 redemption gives access to 1 person, if you want 3 people to enter you must add to your order 3 tickets to access showing the 3 QR's.
  • Ticket redemptions are subject to availability and may sell out.
  • Consider making your redemptions at least 72 hours prior to the event, due to the low signal in the jungle it is possible that you will not be able to make the process the day and time of the event even if there are redemptions available.
  • In case of not having redeemed for an event that is advertised as 'SOLD OUT' access will be denied if the Multipass was not redeemed in advance for the indicated event.
  • Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event being held.
  • The validity of the Multipass ends at the end of the January 2026 season and there are no full or partial refunds or wallet balance adjustments for unused Multipass or redemptions.
  • Resale is not allowed. If your purchase was made through a third party we will not be able to assist you before or during the event. 
  • In case of forgery or fraud, only the first entry submitted will be considered valid.
  • Be sure to enter your email address correctly and choose a secure password to keep your account and tickets safe. 
  • To find out DJ schedules, event timelines and any other announcements, stay tuned to Zamna's social media channels.
  • Throughout the year you can contact our customer service team at [email protected], Monday through Friday, in case you have any issues with your purchase and during the Tulum event season you can find us at the CUSTOMER SERVICE tent until 3am to help you if you have problems locating your tickets.
  • Access is not permitted with food, beverages, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), nitrous oxide, professional filming equipment, pets, large backpacks, suitcases, megaphones or horns, glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, kites or extendable flagpoles, aerosols, selfie sticks, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.
