TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Package operator. ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access packages are operated and managed by UX Travel, Official Travel Partner of Zamna.

2. Zamna access included. Each package includes access to the Zamna event selected in the tourist package purchased, as General Access in accordance with the specific features and conditions indicated at the time of purchase.

Package and event for guests 18 years of age and older only.

Event entry closes at 3:00 AM (although the schedule may be extended at some events, you should plan to arrive early).

Re-entry to the event is prohibited: if you leave the venue under any circumstances, you may not re-enter even if you are wearing a wristband. 

3. Type of access. The access category included will be clearly specified as General Access in the description and purchase confirmation. The purchase does not grant a different or higher category than the one expressly contracted.

4. Identification of the included event. The description and purchase confirmation will clearly indicate the Zamna party or event selected in the tourist package purchased, as General Access in accordance with the specific features and conditions indicated at the time of purchase and the type of access purchased. Access will be valid exclusively for the event, date and category stated in said confirmation.

5. Included services. The package includes only the services expressly specified at the time of purchase: lodging at the selected hotel, access to the Zamna event selected in the tourist package purchased, as General Access in accordance with the specific features and conditions indicated at the time of purchase and the type of access purchased, in addition to any other benefit expressly indicated in the package description.

6. Lodging. The reservation will be valid exclusively for the hotel, room type, number of guests and dates selected and confirmed during purchase.

7. Non-refundable packages. All ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access purchases are final and non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no modifications, cancellations, returns or refunds will be granted for reasons attributable to the customer. (Sole exception: cancellation of the event by the organizer)

Weather conditions or other force majeure causes (pandemic, storm, hurricane, rain, etc.) are not grounds for a partial or full refund.

8. Changes to lodging dates. Lodging dates may not be changed; the reservation will be valid exclusively for the hotel, room type, number of guests and dates selected and confirmed during purchase.No changes are permitted.

9. Change or postponement of the event. In the event that the Zamna event selected in the tourist package purchased, as General Access in accordance with the specific features and conditions indicated at the time of purchase and the type of access purchased included in the package, is postponed, rescheduled or cannot be held on the originally scheduled date, the included access may not be made valid for another Zamna date or event, subject to availability and to the conditions established by the organizer. 

10. Relationship between event and lodging. Rescheduling, postponement or change of the Zamna event does not automatically modify the contracted lodging dates. Any modification to the lodging must comply with the change policy set out in these terms.

11. Guest changes. Requests to change the name or holder are subject to authorization and to the applicable policies of the hotel, the event and/or the corresponding providers, and may incur administrative charges.

12. No-show and unused services. Failure of the guest to appear, late arrival, early departure, loss of access to the event or a decision not to use any of the included services will not entitle the guest to a full or partial refund.

13. Guest responsibility. Each guest is responsible for having valid official identification and for complying with the requirements, policies, schedules, age restrictions and regulations established by the hotel, the transportation provider and Zamna for entry to and stay at the event.

The buyer on the platform must be the same person as the credit card holder and is therefore responsible for the reservation. 

The organizer and the sales platform are not responsible for errors made by the user during the purchase process. 

14. Additional services. Additional nights, upgrades, private transportation, meals, consumption, experiences and any other service not expressly indicated as included will be charged separately.

15. Prohibited items: glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), alcoholic beverages, food, nitrous oxide, dogs or pets, kites or extendable poles, portable laser equipment, selfie sticks, drones, professional filming equipment, aerosols, megaphones, speakers, backpacks, suitcases, or any item that could reasonably be considered for use as a weapon.

16. Contact information. The customer is responsible for providing correct and current information, including full name, phone number and email. UX Travel will use this information to send confirmations and operational information related to the package.

The buyer and companion must present their valid IDs at pre-registration and at check-in; they must match.

Only the holder of the purchase on the platform may request support, clarifications, information, etc.

17. Acceptance of terms. By completing the purchase, the customer declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges the specific features of their ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access, including hotel, lodging dates, transportation schedules to the included Zamna event, event date and access category —General Access— indicated in their purchase confirmation.
