ZAMNNA STAY + FESTIVAL GA ACCESS - COPAL HOTEL| January 9 - 11, 2027

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

IMPORTANT: THIS PACKAGE DOES INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE ZAMNA EVENT ON JANUARY 10, 2027. THE TYPE OF ACCESS—GENERAL ACCESS—WILL BE SPECIFIED IN THE DESCRIPTION AND CONFIRMATION OF THE PURCHASED PACKAGE.

1. Package Operator. ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access packages are operated and managed by UX Travel, Zamna’s Official Travel Partner.

2. Zamna Access Included. Each package includes access to the Zamna event on January 10, 2027, in accordance with the specific terms and conditions indicated at the time of purchase.

3. Type of Access. The included access category will be clearly specified as “General Access” in the description and purchase confirmation. The purchase does not grant a different or higher category than the one expressly contracted.

4. Identification of the Included Event. The description and purchase confirmation will clearly indicate the included Zamna party or event, its date—January 10, 2027—and the type of access purchased. Access will be valid exclusively for the event, date, and category indicated in said confirmation.

5. Included services. The package includes only the services expressly specified at the time of purchase: lodging at the selected hotel, access to the Zamna event on January 10, 2027, as well as any other benefits expressly indicated in the package description.

6. Accommodations. The reservation is valid exclusively for the hotel, room type, number of guests, and dates selected and confirmed at the time of purchase.

7. Non-refundable Packages. All purchases of ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access are final and non-refundable. Once payment is confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted.

8. Changes to Accommodation Dates. Requests to change accommodation dates may only be made at least 70 calendar days prior to the original check-in date. All requests are subject to hotel availability, authorization, rate differences, and applicable administrative fees. Requests made less than 60 calendar days prior to check-in will not be eligible for a date change.

9. Event Change or Postponement. In the event that the Zamna event included in the package, scheduled for January 10, 2027, is postponed, rescheduled, or cannot be held on the originally scheduled date, the included access may be made valid for another Zamna date or event, subject to availability and the conditions established by the organizer. The substitution will aim to maintain the same access category originally purchased—General Access. If there are differences in price, category, or conditions between events, the customer will be informed of these before the change is made so that any additional costs can be paid by the customer.

10. Relationship Between the Event and Accommodations. The rescheduling, postponement, or change of a Zamna event does not automatically modify the booked accommodation dates. Any modification to the accommodations must comply with the change policy outlined in these terms, including the requirement to request it at least 70 calendar days prior to the original check-in date.

11. Guest Changes. Requests to change a name or account holder are subject to authorization and the applicable policies of the hotel, the event, and/or the relevant vendors, and may incur administrative fees.

12. No-shows and Unused Services. A guest’s failure to check in, late arrival, early departure, loss of access to the event, or decision not to use any of the included services will not entitle the guest to a full or partial refund.

13. Guest Responsibility. Each guest is responsible for having valid government-issued identification and for complying with the requirements, policies, schedules, age restrictions, and regulations established by the hotel, the transportation provider, and Zamna for entry to and attendance at the event.

14. Additional Services. Additional nights, upgrades, private transportation, meals, beverages, experiences, and any other services not expressly indicated as included will incur an additional cost.

15. Contact Information. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and current information, including full name, phone number, and email address. UX Travel will use this information to send confirmations and operational details related to the package.

16. Acceptance of Terms. By completing the purchase, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges the specific details of their ZAMNA Stay+ Festival Access package, including the hotel, dates of stay, included Zamna event, event date, and access category—General Access—as indicated in their purchase confirmation.
