- Access for the two package holders is limited to the BACKSTAGE area only
- At the time of purchase, both package holders agree to the terms and conditions of the organizers, the sales platform, and the hotels.
- Access to the event is valid only for the event for which the package was purchased; it is not possible to switch to another event or change dates.
- Package and event for ages 18 and older only.
- The purchaser on the platform must be the credit card holder and is therefore responsible for the reservation.
- The purchaser and their companion must present valid identification during pre-registration and at check-in; these must match.
- Weather conditions or other force majeure events (pandemic, storm, hurricane, rain, etc.) do not qualify for a partial or full refund.
- Re-entry to the event is prohibited: if you leave the venue under any circumstances, you cannot re-enter even if you are wearing a bracelet.
- Access to events closes at 3:00 a.m. (Although hours may be extended for some events, you must plan your entry accordingly).
- The organizer and the sales platform are not responsible for errors made by the user during the purchase process.
- Only the owner of the purchase on the platform may request support, clarifications, information, etc.
- Prohibited items: glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), alcoholic beverages, food, nitrous oxide, dogs or pets, kites or extendable poles, portable laser devices, selfie sticks, drones, professional filming equipment, aerosols, megaphones, loudspeakers, backpacks, suitcases, or any item that could reasonably be considered a weapon.
- Upon completing the purchase, the user accepts the terms and conditions of the sales platform and the organizers.
