Please read carefully all information and redemption instructions to use this ticket correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect use or denial of access.
IMPORTANT: This Multipass is NOT a valid ticket for entry. It must be previously redeemed on our website for 3 individual tickets for the events available for redemption, of your choice.
- This purchase reference allows you to choose 3 different parties or passes for 3 people at ZAMNA WINTER SEASON 2026/27 parties.
- Redemptions must be made in advance in the Multi-pass section.
- Redemptions are subject to availability and may sell out weeks prior to the event. If an event is Sold Out, you will no longer be able to redeem your access
- Once the redemption is made, the reference is validated and after approval you will receive a confirmation email with your admission tickets.
- This purchase does not grant priority or guarantee ticket availability.
- Valid only for general admission ticket exchange (no VIP).
Expiration date: January 11, 2027.
- Unused redemptions are non-refundable.
- Redeem early to ensure event availability and access.

The purchase of this multipass does not grant any priority, nor does it guarantee access to the events. Once the official date(s) of the party(s) is/are announced, you will need to redeem to receive the 3 tickets with QR code to gain access to the party(s). Access is prohibited to persons under 18 years of age. Re-entry is not permitted; if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter. The tickets do not arrive at your home, download your tickets in advance and bring them digitally to present the QR from your cell phone.
In case of fraud, only the first ticket presented will be considered valid / Entrance is forbidden to people under 18 years old / Access will not be allowed with a ticket that does not correspond to the event held / RE-ENTRY IS FORBIDDEN: if you leave the location, you will not be able to re-enter / Event access start at 10:00 pm and closes at 3:00 am / We are not responsible for the improper use of this ticket / Resale is not allowed / All tickets have a reference and a unique ID QR code linked to your account, do not share them or make them public. In case of detecting a fake ticket, the ID and email of purchase may be required to verify the ticket. / Download your tickets in advance and bring them in digital format to present them from your phone.
Prohibited items: glass or sharp objects, fireworks, flares or torches, illegal or controlled substances (including psychoactive substances), alcoholic beverages, food, nitrous oxide, dogs or pets, kites or extendable poles, portable laser devices, selfie sticks, drones, professional filming equipment, aerosols, megaphones, loudspeakers, backpacks, suitcases, or any item that could reasonably be considered a weapon.
